Delivery Time

All going well, we aim to dispatch new orders the next business day after they come in so that you can be enjoying your delicious selection as soon as possible!

Lead times will vary depending on where you live, but here is an approximate guide to delivery times.

  • Metro areas in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, and Brisbane: 2-3 business days.

  • East Coast Regional and Adelaide Metro: 3-4 business days.

  • West Coast (e.g. Perth) and Tasmania: 5-6 business days.

For other regional areas, times can vary, but rest assured we try and work with the best courier partners for your area. Please note that these timings are only guides. We know that waiting for something yummy can be painful, so we will always aim to exceed your expectations. 

NOTE: Due to Covid restrictions the volume of parcels is currently overwhelming the courier network, so there may be significant delays on our normal delivery time frames.

PO Boxes

Contactless delivery to your door is our preferred method, but if you need your package delivered to a PO Box that’s fine too.

If Something Goes Astray

In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your delivery (damaged, lost, etc) then just let us know via email and we will chase it up ASAP and get the issue sorted. Please let us know straight away so we have the best chance of resolving it quickly.

Refund policy

Returns

In the rare case that you’re seriously unhappy with any of our products and have purchased multiple items of the same product, please leave them unopened and get in touch with us to work out a way to get them back here so we can replace them or refund you. You’ll need to provide us with proof of purchase, of course.

If a product that you receive is damaged, please contact us via email at info@dawningday.com.au within 30 days of purchase and we’ll organise a refund or replacement to be sent to you.

What we can’t refund:

  • Products that have been damaged after delivery

  • Giftcards

In the event of a return being accepted, you will be responsible for paying the associated shipping costs for returning the item/s. If you choose for us to organise the return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
