Dawning Day is inviting guests to experience a bold new wine and food pairing event in the heart of the Southern Highlands.

Join Mike & Dee (Flavours by Dee) for a road trip through Asia, as they explore the flavours of Thailand, Malaysia, China and the Philippines, paired with five Dawning Day wines and a beautifully curated four-course banquet at the cellar door.

This special evening will also celebrate the launch of “Added MSG” — Dawning Day’s newest release, a Malbec, Shiraz, Grenache blend created to showcase vibrancy, texture and depth.
