Nebb Flanders [nebbiolo]

A generous, medium bodied Nebbiolo. Lifted red fruits with subtle hints of rose. Great structure and intensity with fine tannins and long, satisfying finish. Wild yeast fermentation with one month extended skin maceration. Mix of amphora and French oak maturation.

Added MSG

This juicy blend of Malbec, Shiraz and Grenache is every bit as moreish as its acronym suggests. The nose brims with vibrant red and black cherries, lifted by spicy black plum and a subtle floral note. Maturation in 37% new French Oak, adding gentle layers of vanilla, spice and structure without overwhelming the fruit. On the palate, it is plush and generous, with ripe berry fruit carried by smooth, silky tannins. A lively freshness balances the richness, leading to a long, satisfying finish that keeps you coming back for another glass.

Kong Foo Sing [Riesling, Gewurztraminer]

Gorgeous citrus drive from the Riesling with lemon and lime, followed by notes of rose and lychee from the Gewurztraminer.. Dry yet textural style, epic with spicy Asian cuisine in particular.

Side Series Pinot Gris

This Pinot Gris shows pronounced aromas of citrus blossom and nashi pear. The palate is generous with layers of pear and vibrant white stone fruit. The palate is balanced by fresh acidity and a long, satisfying finish.
